We usually process orders within 2 to 8 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipping tracking number. If there is an unforeseen delay in shipping the equipment you have ordered, we will make every effort to notify you.

We send the equipment via reliable courier companies and we always insure the shipment. We are open to suggestions for a form of delivery convenient for the customer. All shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

We offer a 10-day, non-binding test of Found Sound Audio equipment so that every customer can experience the capabilities of our devices in comfortable conditions. During the test, we provide advice and help with configuration.

After placing the order, we accept the agreed advance payment. We are waiting for full payment before sending the device. We accept payments by bank transfer, credit cards or PayPal. In the case of PayPal payments, the customer bears the costs associated with its processing.

If you are purchasing products from a country that have customs duties, taxes and other fees, please contact your local office for an accurate estimate of these fees. Any customs fees, import duties or surcharges will be assessed upon entry into your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our equipment has a modular structure, so it can be updated. We also provide a favorable exchange formula for higher models from our offer. After discussing the details, we can make a version that meets individual expectations regarding functionality or tube selection.

For products purchased directly through our website and shipped within the European Union, the returns policy applies for 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. For other purchases, please contact your local retailer/distributor for returns information. If you would like to return your purchase and receive a refund, please write to us at info@foundsound.pl or via the contact form and we will provide you with shipping instructions.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and include all accessories. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.

We attach a warranty card to each device - a quality certificate. Depending on the model, we provide a 3- and 5-year warranty on Found Sound equipment. The warranty also applies after resale.

Electron tubes are subject to a 6-month warranty. We provide indefinite support in terms of equipment inspection, adjustments, and tube replacement.

The customer only bears the agreed costs of the parts used and transport.

We make every effort to provide the most accurate product information possible, but we are constantly improving our equipment. We therefore reserve the right to make corrections, adjustments or changes without notice.
